     Looking to buy?  We will go through the qualification process so we can find a home that is priced to meet your budget.  I work with wonderful lenders who will assist you and get the best rate for you.  Is your credit score a little below level?  There maybe help for you.  

     If you haven't owned a home within the last 3 years or are a First Time Buyer, the $8,000 Tax Credit maybe able to help you in buying home.  It only lasts till December 1, 2009.  There are more bank owned homes now than ever.  Whether you are looking for a new home or investment property, now is the time to buy.
